Jessica Rosecrance RDN, LEC
Hi, I’m Jessica, and I’m so excited to welcome you to my practice! I’ve been a registered dietitian for over a decade and my passion for pediatric nutrition began during my time at WIC. I loved helping babies grow into healthy, thriving children while supporting parents through every stage of feeding and nutrition.
In my practice, I work with children from infancy through adolescence. Parents come to me when they need extra support with starting solids, when their child is diagnosed with food allergies or a medical condition such as iron deficiency anemia/high blood sugar, or when they simply need an extra set of hands in the kitchen to make feeding feel more manageable and less overwhelming.
As a mom of two, I truly understand the complexities and challenges families face. From busy schedules to the constant overwhelm of information, I take an “all foods fit” approach as a dietitian—I’m not here to tell you what you can or cannot eat. Instead, I help you figure out what you can realistically add to your plate, what small, sustainable changes feel right for your family, and how to build meals that are both nourishing and doable in real life.
Parenting is hard, but feeding your child doesn’t have to feel impossible—and I’m here to help every step of the way.
