Do you want an expert by your side as you start solids with your baby? These in-person classes are designed for you. Join us for hands-on support as your little one learns and eats alongside other babies.   • 1 Session: Once a month

  • 4-10 Month Old Babies

  • This class provides starting solids guidance at a lower cost for families seeking support.

  • We'll cover all the key topics of starting solids, including readiness signs, feeding approaches, allergens, and nutrition—all without eating together.

  • Spots Limited: up to 10 babies

  • Receive a take-home gift bag as part of the class.

FIRST BITES CLUB

  • 4 Sessions + 1 CPR Class: Meet every 2 weeks for 2 months

  • 6-8 Month Old Babies

  • What you’ll learn:

    • When and how to start solids

    • Favorite feeding utensils

    • Puree vs baby led weaning

    • Introducing allergens safely

    • Key nutrients for growth and development

    • First foods

    • Choking vs gagging

    • Teething relief

  • A positive eating environment that will include:

    • Infant chairs, real time feedback, hands on guidance from a pediatric dietitian, opportunities to learn alongside other families

  • What you need to bring: change of clothes, spoon/cup, baby food

  • This is an intimate class, no more than 7 babies per class

  • CPR class is optional to attend

    • Transitioning to finger foods

    • Positive mealtimes

    • Picky eating

  • A positive eating environment that will include:
